TOPOGRAPHIC SERVICES

A topography survey is similar to an architectural survey in purpose, but is usually created for vacant properties. Like an architectural survey it shows property lines, visible utilities, walls and fences, trees and any other relevant features.

Our service includes:
  • A two-man crew will come out to survey your property.
  • A map of your property, including the following items:
    • - Legal boundary
    • - Existing roads
    • - Visible utilities
    • - Major trees
    • - Elevations
    • - Contours
